Step 1:
Chop the onion into a meat grinder.
Step 2:
Mix the minced meat with half an onion.
Step 3:
Add breadcrumbs, egg, ginger and mix everything.
Step 4:
For the sauce: mix the tomato juice, sugar, remaining onion, pineapple cut into small pieces, mix.
Step 5:
Divide the mass into identical balls, put in a frying pan and fry for 10 minutes under the lid.
Step 6:
Pour the sauce over the balls and simmer for 15 minutes. To garnish with mashed potatoes and rice. Enjoy your meal.
