Step 1:
We need: 4 slices of fresh ciabatta, any unsweetened cheese (ideally, of course, Brie), cranberries and sugar.
Step 2:
Wash cranberries, cover with sugar in a small thick-walled saucepan. Put on a slow fire, bring to a complete dissolution of sugar, keep on fire for another 5-6 minutes.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, fry the ciabatta slices in a dry frying pan on both sides until crisp.
Step 4:
Immediately cover with soft cheese.
Step 5:
Pour cranberry syrup.
