Wash all vegetables, peel onions and peppers. If the eggplants are very large, one is enough. Cut everything into small cubes in different dishes. Add the onion to the hot oil in a frying pan and fry a little. Then Bulgarian pepper, fry for 3 minutes. Next come eggplants and tomatoes.
