Cooking method
First clean the cod and rinse it thoroughly under cold water. Cut the fish into portions, put it in a bowl and pour the milk. Put it in the refrigerator for the whole night. The next day, drain the milk and dry the fish with a paper towel. Pour lemon juice over the cod, season with salt and pepper, and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and beat with a fork until smooth. When the cod is well marinated, pour vegetable oil into the pan and put it on fire.
Dip the fish pieces first in flour, then in the egg mixture and fry in a pan on all sides until they are covered with a golden crust. Ready-made fish is perfect for any side dish. Bon appetit!
