Pancakes with warm milk

A very quick recipe for incredibly delicious pancakes! . It turns out 5 large thin pancakes. My grandson (he is 4 years old) really likes these pancakes, always asks to cook. If you want to make pancakes with stuffing, then the amount of sugar should be reduced by half. The pancakes are extremely tender and delicious. Due to the fact that butter is added to the dough, pancakes have a creamy taste and they do not need to be oiled after baking.

Beat eggs with sugar... add half the volume of warm milk... we continue to beat (it is better to do everything with a fork, without using a mixer). Add salt (a pinch), soda (on the tip of a knife), flour (spoons with peas) and vegetable oil (I have olive oil). Beat everything well so that there are no lumps... last of all, add the remaining warm milk and melted butter (can be in the microwave)...mix everything again (the dough is liquid).

It is necessary to bake pancakes on a dry hot frying pan, lubricate it only before the first pancake, but if you have a frying pan from Tefal, then it is not necessary. Cover the finished pancakes with a clean towel so that they remain tender, soft and do not dry out.
