Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut the ribs into portions.
Step 2:
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil on maximum heat. Add honey.
Step 3:
When the honey melts, lay out a layer of ribs and fry them on both sides until golden brown for about 1 minute on each side.
Step 4:
There will be almost no honey left in the pan after frying, but the fat from the ribs will be added in which you need to fry finely chopped onions.
Step 5:
Peel the apple and chop it very finely
Step 6:
Put the glazed ribs in a saucepan and pour the broth. Put the saucepan on a small fire and simmer under the lid until the meat is ready. This should take at least an hour and a half.
Step 7:
Add onion and apple to a saucepan, season with salt and pepper.
Step 8:
Add your favorite seasonings. One of my most favorite seasonings is Svan salt. If you find it and buy it, you won't regret it for sure!
Step 9:
Mix. Continue to simmer for another 1 hour.
Step 10:
The apple in the process of stewing should practically dissolve in the sauce. The pieces may remain, it's not scary. When the sauce becomes homogeneous, remove the ribs and put them in a separate dish. Add cream to the sauce.
Step 11:
Add flour.
Step 12:
Boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Beat with a blender.
Step 13:
And put the ribs in it again, let it boil and set aside.
Step 14:
Done! It's very tasty, I say without false modesty. Served with mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
