Step 1:
To prepare a barbecue, take the following products: pork, onion, tomato juice, salt, ground black and allspice, coriander, ground paprika, sumac.
Step 2:
For shish kebab we will need a small onion. Peel and cut into rings, not thin. Rinse the pork and dry it with a napkin. Cut into small portions.
Step 3:
Add salt and spices to the pieces of meat.
Step 4:
Put the pork in a deep bowl, alternating with onions.
Step 5:
Pour tomato juice to cover the pieces of meat. Leave to marinate for 3.5-4 hours.
Step 6:
Turn on the grill in the oven. Put the meat on a skewer, alternating with onions. Cook for about an hour over moderate heat. Periodically take out and lubricate with tomato juice, in which the meat was marinated.
