Step 1:
Potatoes are well washed, not cleaned, cut into large slices. Spread on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Brisket, I had smoked, cut into cubes and add to the potatoes. Salt, pepper to taste and put in the oven, preheated to 200C for 20 minutes. Look at your oven.
Step 2:
We take the baking sheet out of the oven, mix our potatoes with a wooden spatula and sprinkle with finely chopped cherry. Put it back in the oven for 5-10 minutes .
Step 3:
All dinner is ready, you can invite to the table. Enjoy your meal.
