Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min
Orzo cook according to the instructions (I have 6 minutes) in lightly salted water. Merge.

Pour a little ordinary oil into a frying pan, fry finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. Then put the diced tomato and simmer for 3 minutes. Finely chop the pepper and simmer with the tomato. Shake the egg and pour into the vegetables. Make a semblance of an omelet and mix everything well so that there are no large pieces.

Pour in sesame oil and a little soy sauce – do not over-salt, because the shrimp are cooked in salted water, and you can overdo it with salt. Shrimp without shell put the last and simmer for about a minute.

After that, put the cooked orzo in a frying pan and warm it up, stirring, for a minute. Sprinkle chopped dill on top.
