Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Pieces of meat are very well beaten off with a hammer. Salt, pepper and season with your favorite spices.
Step 2:
Preparing the sauce: mix mayonnaise with mustard and hot sauce. (The sauce can be safely replaced with adjika).
Step 3:
We lubricate our meat pieces very abundantly with this sauce. And remove to marinate at room temperature.
Step 4:
While our meat is marinating, we will bake some pancakes.
Step 5:
We proceed to vegetables: Onions and bell pepper are cut into small cubes, carrots are grated on a coarse grater. Fry until half cooked in vegetable oil. Cucumbers are also rubbed on a coarse grater and added to the rest of the vegetables. Fry for another 7 minutes on low heat.
Step 6:
Add chopped greens to the vegetables.
Step 7:
We put our stuffing on the pork pieces
Step 8:
Roll the meat into rolls and fix it with toothpicks.
Step 9:
Dip the rolls in beaten egg and fry on both sides in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 10:
Each roll is swaddled in a pancake blanket and placed in a baking dish.
Step 11:
Lubricate the top with mayonnaise and ketchup, pour cream.
Step 12:
Cover the form with rolls with foil and put it to bake in a preheated oven to 150 degrees for 50 minutes. Enjoy your meal
