Onion Rings in Egg Batter
Try these once and you won't be able to stop, trust me)). My older sister taught me this recipe, and I fell in love with it — even though I'm not usually a fan of onions.

Step 1:
- Slice 3–4 onions into rings. Medium onions work best, and don't cut the rings too thin.

- Make the batter: crack the eggs into a wide, deep bowl, add the water and sunflower oil, then whisk in the flour until the batter has the consistency of thin sour cream.

- Dip each onion ring in the batter and gently lay it in the hot skillet. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4:
- Transfer the finished onion rings to a plate and serve! That's it — add a pinch of salt or your favorite spices to taste.
