Onion Rings in Egg Batter

Try these once and you won't be able to stop, trust me)). My older sister taught me this recipe, and I fell in love with it — even though I'm not usually a fan of onions.

    1. Slice 3–4 onions into rings. Medium onions work best, and don't cut the rings too thin.

    1. Make the batter: crack the eggs into a wide, deep bowl, add the water and sunflower oil, then whisk in the flour until the batter has the consistency of thin sour cream.

    1. Dip each onion ring in the batter and gently lay it in the hot skillet. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

    1. Transfer the finished onion rings to a plate and serve! That's it — add a pinch of salt or your favorite spices to taste.
