Step 1:

Skinless chicken fillet cut into medium pieces, as you usually cut pork.
Step 2:

Sprinkle with salt, spices (I took black pepper and sweet paprika), sprinkle with soda and mix.
Step 3:

Pour lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon. Everything will foam and hiss! Set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 4:

After that, sprinkle with starch, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 5:

Then we roll each piece in flour

And immediately spread in one layer on a frying pan with hot oil.
Step 7:

Fry (without lid!) on the one hand, then carefully turn each piece with a fork, and fry on the other side until a golden crust forms. At the same time, the pieces will swell slightly and a juicy meat taste will appear.

Serve immediately.
