    Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices of 2 mm. We do the same with ginger root.

    While the oven is heating up, fry the meat. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STAGE! Heat the frying pan over high heat and fry the meat on all sides in olive oil with the addition of pre-chopped garlic and ginger. Fry until a light crust on the meat. At this stage, the meat will absorb the flavors of garlic and ginger.

    When the oven heats up, put the meat and everything in the pan in a baking dish, pour a little beer and put it to cook. Cook meat 1-1.5 hours. Here a lot depends on the thickness of the pieces of meat, its rigidity and oven modes.

    During the cooking of meat, periodically pour beer. While the meat is cooking, prepare the sauce for a beautiful crust. To do this, mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of ready-made mustard. (Taste it. The sauce should be island-sweet). When the meat is almost ready, pour the resulting sauce over it. We give a beautiful crust to form and take it out of the oven.
