Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In this recipe, you can also use balsamic vinegar to refuel the finished dish.
Step 2:
Cut the meat into thin strips, and the strips into pieces.
Step 3:
Combine soy sauce with sugar, mix everything thoroughly. Pour the resulting marinade over the beef and let it brew for half an hour.
Step 4:
During this time we manage to boil the beans in salted water...
Step 5:
...cut the tomato into plates ...
Step 6:
... and peel and lightly chop the nuts in a mortar.
Step 7:
Marinated pieces of beef fry until cooked in olive oil. It will take about 7-10 minutes. We leave the finished meat in a frying pan on low heat to maintain its temperature.
Step 8:
We begin serving the dish. We put lettuce leaves on a plate.
Step 9:
Spread boiled beans on top of the salad with a slide.
Step 10:
We spread hot pieces of meat and tomato plates around the beans.
Step 11:
Sprinkle crushed nuts on top and season with olive oil. By the way, the salad practically does not need seasoning, since the greens and tomatoes are quite juicy by themselves, and the meat is sufficiently flavored with oil when frying, so additional seasoning is strictly optional. Bon appetit!
