Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil the rice until it is half cooked. We make minced pork, salt, pepper to taste.
Step 2:
We cut off the lid from the side of the peppers, leaving a tail. Put the pepper on the table to understand how it fits better, and cut it off from above. Carefully select the insides. Then blanch the peppers in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Step 3:
The filling is traditional - minced meat (chicken can be) fried in a frying pan with finely chopped onions, add boiled rice, salt, pepper and fill our peppers with the resulting mixture.
Step 4:
Fry onions in a frying pan, add carrots, garlic and simmer under the lid for 5-6 minutes. We spread the vegetables on top of the minced meat.
Step 5:
Pour a little water on a baking sheet, put the peppers and put them in the oven to bake at a temperature of 180 * for about 30 minutes until browning.
Step 6:
That's it, our pepper is ready, it's very convenient to eat, you can even hold your hands by the tail. Bon appetit!!!
