Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For cooking we need: 1. lavash 2. ketchup, mayonnaise 3. lettuce leaves 4. vegetables (any, to your taste) 5. sausage 6. cheese
Step 2:
After mixing ketchup with mayonnaise, thoroughly smear the whole sheet of pita bread!
Step 3:
Retreating from the edge of the pita bread, lay the lettuce leaves as shown in the photo.
Step 4:
On top we put a finely chopped tomato.
Step 5:
Put the cucumber grated on top.
Step 6:
On top of the same Korean carrot.
Step 7:
Then we put the Bulgarian pepper grated on a grater.
Step 8:
On top of the same sausage grated on a grater.
Step 9:
And put the processed cheese on top of everything.
Step 10:
Now we fold the pita bread sheet as shown in the photo! First from the top side and from the bottom! so that nothing falls out.
Step 11:
And then we twist it like a roll.
Step 12:
This is the kind of roll you should get.
Step 13:
Cut into 2 parts for frying (as convenient for anyone)
Step 14:
And we put our shawarma on a heated frying pan with oil.
Step 15:
And fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 16:
