Salad with shrimp and cheese omelet

No one can resist this bright festive salad! The salad turns out delicious, light and at the same time, thanks to the omelet, satisfying. As a dressing, you can use just mayonnaise, if you like it. Ingredients are indicated for 1 large or 2 medium servings. Help yourself!
