Step 1:
Heat the olive oil in a hot frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix the chicken fillet, fried onion, starch and salt
Step 3:
Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder or food processor.
Step 4:
With your hands soaked in cold water, form small balls from the resulting minced meat
Step 5:
Put them in a hot frying pan with oil and fry until tender
Step 6:
Prepare the sauce! In hot water , dissolve half of the broth cube
Step 7:
Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour to it. Stir thoroughly
Step 8:
Pour the broth into the butter-flour mixture
Step 9:
Turn down the heat and fry the meatballs until a crust forms
Step 10:
Meanwhile, add sour cream to the saucepan
Step 11:
Mix the sauce thoroughly and boil until thickened
Step 12:
Pour the ready-made sour cream sauce to the meatballs and simmer for about 5 minutes. That's the whole recipe! Bon appetit!
