Step 1:
Make sure that all the ingredients are available and put a frying pan with olive oil to warm.
Step 2:
Peel and cut the garlic into LARGE plates, and a third of the chili pepper into rings.
Step 3:
Throw the pepper and garlic into a hot frying pan with olive oil, fry them until golden, and then remove and set aside.
Step 4:
Cut the cod.
Step 5:
Fry it in the remaining garlic and chili oil after frying over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until tender. Add salt to taste. Serve hot, in a deep dish, sprinkled with butter and sprinkled with browned garlic and chili rings.
