Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl
Step 3:
Add eggs one at a time, part of the milk, stir until smooth and top up the rest of the milk
Step 4:
Add cocoa powder and vegetable oil to the pancake batter
Step 5:
Mix the pancake batter until the cocoa is completely dissolved. Leave the dough "to rest" 15-20 minutes
Step 6:
On a pre-anointed hot frying pan with vegetable oil, pour the dough, bake pancakes, turn the finished pancake on the reverse side and bake for literally 1-2 seconds
Step 7:
While the dough is "resting", prepare the filling: carefully move the cottage cheese, sour cream, sand and a pinch of vanilla.
Step 8:
It would not be bad to use a mixer for the filling
Step 9:
To the finished curd mass, add raisins (and, if possible, walnuts), stir only with a spoon
Step 10:
Put a portion of the filling on the edge of the pancake and wrap it with a roll
Step 11:
"Ribbons"in the form of rings of dried apricots and orange peel
Step 12:
"Tie a bow" pancakes
Step 13:
Pancakes can be poured with drops of melted chocolate and sour cream
Step 14:
Regale your beloved husband with your own, not your mother-in-law's pancakes!
