Step-by-step cooking
Pour sunflower oil (odorless) into a frying pan, add sugar. Stir and warm well (a couple of minutes)
Add the oat flakes, mix well so that all the flakes are soaked in syrup. You can add nuts, raisins.
Fry over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When the mass thickens and acquires a golden color, remove from the heat and transfer the flakes to a plate. Allow to cool.
Can be put into a pre-prepared greased mold and tightly tamped with a spoon.
But it must be done quickly because kozinaks cool down very quickly.
Then cut the cooled kozinaki from Hercules with a knife.
