Pour sunflower oil (odorless) into a frying pan, add sugar. Stir and warm well (a couple of minutes)

When the mass thickens and acquires a golden color, remove from the heat and transfer the flakes to a plate. Allow to cool.

But it must be done quickly because kozinaks cool down very quickly.
