Step-by-step cooking
In general, I advise everyone to try potatoes with prunes according to this recipe- you will lose absolutely nothing – almost everyone likes this dish. The taste, of course, is quite unusual, so the first time I treated it rather coolly.
But now I can eat a huge amount alone.
We peel the washed potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
Onions are cut into thin half rings and also fried in oil.
Wash the prunes, pour boiling water and stand for five minutes.
We cut the prepared prunes into two parts each.
Mix potatoes, onions, prunes in one container. Add seasonings, salt and simmer for about ten minutes. It is not necessary to add water during extinguishing.
Serve potatoes with prunes on the table hot, garnished with finely chopped herbs.
