Step-by-step cooking
1. Sort the greens, rinse thoroughly and finely chop.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
4. Add the greens to the beaten eggs, add soda and flour sifted through a sieve. Mix everything thoroughly so that no lumps form.
5. Heat the frying pan with oil, pour the beaten eggs with herbs in an even layer. Fry on both sides over low heat until a brown crust forms. Kyukyu from greens is ready!
Can be served with sour cream or matzoni (curdled milk or fatty kefir).
