Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Heat a deep frying pan, add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put onions and carrots in a frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add the ham and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Tomatoes are cut into halves, the pulp is rubbed on a fine grater, the skin should remain in our hands, we throw it away.

Add chopped chili to the pan.

And puree with tomato, stir and simmer for a few minutes.

Finely chop the cabbage.
Step 10:
Add the cabbage to the pan and fry-simmer over medium heat until tender, if the juice from the tomato is not enough, then add a little water during stewing. Add salt and pepper to the cabbage to taste, add bay leaf if desired.
