Step 1:
Needed: beef, oranges, mustard, honey, sour cream, vegetable oil. Mix mustard with honey and make a marinade
Step 2:
Cut the beef across the fibers, chop it off a little, you can even make a grid with a knife;

Coat the meat with marinade and leave to marinate for 30 minutes or more, you can even leave it overnight.
Step 4:
Peel oranges, pulp and zest finely chop oranges
Step 5:
Quickly fry the meat in vegetable oil so that it does not lose its juiciness.
Step 6:
Put the oranges and zest in the oil on which the meat was fried, fry lightly, add sour cream, salt and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 7:
Serve immediately. Garnish to choose from, rice is very good for this sauce. I liked.
