My mom is a great master of cooking chicken. When my husband and I come to visit my parents, my mother always manages to surprise us with another delicacy made from this bird. So, we start by dividing the chicken breast into two large and two small pieces of chicken fillet. We put two small pieces in a strong bag and beat them well. We cut the large pieces into about 3-4 pieces and also beat them well in a strong package. Now we salt and pepper the prepared chicken fillet to taste. Now let's move on to making the batter. To do this, mix the egg, mayonnaise, salt and flour, mix everything well. Now we dip each piece of chop in this batter and place it in a frying pan with hot oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
