My mom is a great master of cooking chicken. When my husband and I come to visit my parents, my mother always manages to surprise us with another delicacy made from this bird. A few days ago we visited her again and tasted an incredible dish: chicken in batter. Of course, I learned in detail the entire culinary recipe of this second dish and now I hasten to share it with you. So, we start by dividing the chicken breast into two large and two small pieces of chicken fillet. We put two small pieces in a strong bag and beat them well. We cut the large pieces into about 3-4 pieces and also beat them well in a strong package. Now we salt and pepper the prepared chicken fillet to taste. Now let's move on to making the batter. To do this, mix the egg, mayonnaise, salt and flour, mix everything well. Now we dip each piece of chop in this batter and place it in a frying pan with hot oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. When the whole chicken is ready, we put it on a dish with lettuce and greens and serve it to the table.
