The Simplest Vanilla Crêpes
Tender, thin crêpes with a gentle hint of vanilla! Nothing is easier than crêpes, yet even the simplest traditional recipes come in endless variety. I learned to make these basic vanilla crêpes at a fair for last year's Maslenitsa (Russian Pancake Week), where — as tradition has it — all kinds of pancakes were the star of the show.
