Thin Crêpes with Water and Milk
A recipe for delicious crêpes you can dress up with any filling. You can mix the water and milk in whatever proportions you like. Crêpes make a great breakfast — but these are just as good for lunch, dinner, or serving to guests. I don't know about everyone else, but I love crêpes made with water; on milk alone they come out softer. My mom made wonderful crêpes with water — thin, tender, and unbelievably good, and you could wrap absolutely anything in them! This recipe comes straight from her: half water, half milk, plus a bit of yeast.
