Cooking method
Cut the ginger into thin strips, put it in a deep bowl and fill it with cold water. We leave our ginger for 10 minutes. Then drain the water. We wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put it on fire. As soon as the oil warms up, fry the chicken pieces from all sides until golden brown. You can fry them in 2 batches of 7-8 minutes.
After that, we put the fried chicken on a plate. Then, in the same pan, we fry the chopped onion and ginger until golden brown. Garlic is cleaned, washed and squeezed out, you can chop it with a sharp knife. Add garlic and fry for about 5-6 minutes.
Then pour vinegar, soy sauce and sugar into the pan. Stir continuously until our sauce thickens. After that, put the chicken in the pan, mix well and warm it up for a couple of minutes. Remove the frying pan from the heat, and add chopped green onions, mix thoroughly. It turns out very tasty food with the aroma of ginger, which by the way is very useful for our body. We serve the Chicken in ginger sauce in a warm form.
