Each piece should look like a ribbon. Beat them off lightly. Then add salt and pepper to your taste. To the meat, cut the onion. I usually cut it with rings. Put it to the meat. Pour vinegar over them. Put the container with the meat in a cold place. There it should be soaked for at least 4 hours.
Take strips of meat. In the middle of each strip, put the onion that was left in the marinade, tomatoes, if there are fresh, then fresh, otherwise salty ones will do. Roll the meat into a tube. Take a skewer. Put a tomato circle on it, then a tube obtained by folding the meat. After that, a tomato circle again. It is necessary to fry skewers on the grill. In the process of frying, pour fat on them. They eat such food at the rate of two skewers per serving. Served to the table with chopped green onions. Sprinkle skewers with them on top.
