So, at the beginning of cooking Mexican tortilla with meat, finely chop the onion head and fry in a frying pan with heated corn oil. As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add ground beef to it and, stirring, cook for 7 minutes. Then we put finely chopped tomatoes without skin into the fried minced meat, cover with spices and salt. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any hard cheese with a not very sharp taste.
Put a tortilla on a heated dry frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, then distribute the meat filling evenly and sprinkle with cheese again. We cover all this with a second tortilla and carefully turn it over. It is necessary that the cakes with the filling turn brown and become crispy.
