So, at the beginning of cooking Mexican tortilla with meat, finely chop the onion head and fry in a frying pan with heated corn oil. As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add ground beef to it and, stirring, cook for 7 minutes. Then we put finely chopped tomatoes without skin into the fried minced meat, cover with spices and salt. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any hard cheese with a not very sharp taste.

Put a tortilla on a heated dry frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, then distribute the meat filling evenly and sprinkle with cheese again. We cover all this with a second tortilla and carefully turn it over. It is necessary that the cakes with the filling turn brown and become crispy. Tortilla with meat can be served on the table, cut into triangles. Bon appetit!
