Step-by-step cooking
To prepare this culinary "miracle" we will need 300-350 grams of fresh champignons. We thoroughly wash the mushrooms, sort them out and cut them into slices. We also do not cut half of the average onion head coarsely. Tomatoes pour boiling water and let stand for 5-7 minutes. Then remove the skin from the tomato and cut into cubes. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the chopped mushrooms there and fry, stirring, for about 10-12 minutes. Then we add the chopped onion to the lightly toasted mushrooms and continue to fry until the onion is browned. Then add flour to the mushrooms and onions and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring thoroughly. Then, put the tomatoes in the half-cooked mixture and simmer over low heat. Mushrooms with tomatoes must be constantly stirred, not letting them burn. When the tomato juice thickens enough in the pan, or evaporates completely, remove the pan from the heat.
Put the resulting mixture in a beautiful salad bowl, season with salt and pepper. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs and garnish with lemon slices.
Bon appetit!
