Cooking method
I myself attribute this culinary recipe to haute cuisine and fusion dishes, and to exotic home cooking recipes.
Despite such a long and complicated name, this culinary recipe is very easy to prepare and not at all expensive. But what an amazing taste - appreciate it!
This dish differs from the classic carpaccio in that the meat here is not raw.
It is noteworthy that meat can be cooked in any way that you like best. I've tried frying, stewing, and steaming – it comes out every time in a new way, but it's always delicious.
So, we cooked the meat. Now peel the pears and cut them into slices, removing the core. In a frying pan without oil, lightly fry the pears, add honey and pepper and simmer until tender.
We put whole spinach and sorrel leaves on a serving dish. Spread the meat on top. We spread pieces of pears around beautifully.
We prepare a sauce from yogurt, salt, sugar and citrus peel. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Pour the ready-made sauce over the dish.
