Step-by-step cooking
Put a small frying pan on the fire, add oil and while it's all heating up, quickly break three eggs into a bowl, beat lightly until smooth, add salt and pepper. Pour the beaten eggs into an already heated frying pan with melted butter and fry, stirring, for just a couple of minutes. It turns out an appetizing egg pancake, which can be rolled in half and put on a plate. If you want to decorate, you can sprinkle herbs on top, and put tomato slices next to it. In the morning, such food is useful and irreplaceable in the absence of a lot of time.
