Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min
Cut the onion into rings 5 mm wide.
Batter: mix flour with salt, spices, baking powder. Pour in the beer and mix until smooth.
Preheat a deep frying pan (if there is no deep fryer), pour in vegetable oil. Preheat the oil to 175C. The temperature is checked simply - lower the wooden skewer into the oil, if bubbles run, then the oil has heated up enough.
Now roll onion rings in flour, dip in batter and fry until tender. Spread on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
You can serve onion rings with any sauce to taste, even with ketchup. This is a great beer snack.
