Pork salad with turnips and apples

Cooking method
Cut pork into pieces and chop it off. Mix 2 tablespoons of apple jelly with cumin. Grease the chops on both sides and fry well. Cool it down.
Cut onion into cubes and soak in water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the vinegar and mustard with the remaining spoonful of apple jelly. Season with salt and pepper, whisking constantly, gradually add olive oil.
Pork chops, when they cool down enough, cut into small pieces. Remove the onion from the water and add to the meat. Tear the lettuce leaves, cut the cheese, apples and turnips into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients and season with sauce.
Pork salad can be served with chopped parsley.
