Cooking method
1. Cut the black pudding into circles, onion into half rings.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the sausage and onion.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Fry each piece of sausage on both sides for about 2 minutes - so that a ruddy crispy crust is formed.
5. Serve on the table with a slice of rye bread or as a main dish with a side dish.
