Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel and chop the onion, quite finely.
Step 2:
Wash and cut the oyster mushrooms (into medium-sized pieces).
Step 3:
Heat about a third of all the oil in a frying pan.
Step 4:
Lay out the onion and, stirring, cook it until transparent.
Step 5:
Add mushrooms.
Step 6:
While stirring and with the lid open, cook the mushrooms with onions until the liquid evaporates. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put quite a bit of hot pepper, it really decorates this sauce.
Step 7:
Add sour cream, stir, cover and simmer (simmer) for 10 minutes. Then set aside and let it brew for 15 minutes.
Step 8:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips.
Step 9:
Pour cold water for 15 minutes. Let the starch wash.
Step 10:
Dry the potatoes on a napkin.
Step 11:
Heat enough oil in a frying pan. Peel and crush the garlic clove. Put garlic and rosemary in the oil and heat for 2 minutes. Then remove it. This is necessary for the aromatization of the oil.
Step 12:
Put the potatoes in the hot oil and fry for the first 5 minutes on high heat. Then reduce the heat, stir and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
Step 13:
At the very end, add salt and black pepper. Serve the potatoes, sprinkled with mushroom oyster mushroom sauce.
