Cooking method
1. Pick the mushrooms, wash them well, you can even soak them for 10 minutes.
2. Then put the mushrooms in a saucepan, boil for 5-10 minutes and put them in a colander. Lightly squeeze the mushrooms from excess moisture.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the morels in it and fry until golden.
4. Add sour cream, salt and finely chopped green onions, mix, continue to fry everything together for another five minutes.
Serve the dish hot with your favorite side dish!
