Fried Morels

Not sure how to cook morels? Here's a great way — take a look! We don't manage to find these spring mushrooms every year, but when we do, we fry them like this — with a little sour cream for a creamy finish. Such tasty mushrooms! Give them a try if you never have.

    1. Sort through the mushrooms and wash them well — you can even soak them for about 10 minutes. 2. Put the mushrooms in a pot, boil them for 5–10 minutes, then drain in a colander and gently squeeze out the excess water. 3. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the morels, and fry until golden. 4. Add the sour cream, salt, and finely chopped green onion, stir, and keep frying everything together for about 5 more minutes. Serve hot with your favorite side dish!
