It is wrong to think that mushrooms such as champignons can be consumed only separately or combined in dishes only with meat or poultry. In fact, they are also successfully combined with such food as fried pink salmon. It is about the culinary recipe of fried pink salmon with champignons that I will tell you now. So, we begin the preparation of this second dish with the fact that we wash the mushrooms, peel them and cut them into thin plates. Now we take the pink salmon, defrost it, if necessary, rinse it thoroughly, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into small pieces too. After that, the prepared champignons are fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden about 5-7 minutes. Then add sour cream to the mushrooms, salt and pepper our mass, mix and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Now, in a separate frying pan, fry the pink salmon in oil until cooked. After both the fish and mushrooms are ready, fill the pink salmon with sour cream with champignons, simmer for another 5 minutes and serve the loan to the table.
