Step-by-step cooking
We clean the fish and remove the insides, rinse thoroughly under running water. Cut into chunks, salt and pepper. Fry, achieving the formation of a beautiful crust, in breadcrumbs. Fry the chopped onion until it begins to brown. Add finely chopped mushrooms to it and fry together for ten minutes. We put it in a separate, deep frying pan. Potatoes are cut into thin circles, stacked on top of onion-mushroom mass. We dilute the flour in a saucepan with a glass of water and, bringing it to a boil, pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with sunflower oil and place in the oven. Fifteen minutes before cooking, put the fish on top, cover with foil and leave until the potatoes are cooked.
