Zucchini Rolls with Cheese, Garlic, and Herbs
An appetizer that always wows guests! You can make these zucchini rolls with soft cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, and parsley in just 20 minutes. A great appetizer for any table - quick and easy!

Step 1:
Here's everything you'll need.

Slice the zucchini lengthwise, about 1/4 inch (5 mm) thick.

Here they are, all sliced up.

Mince the garlic.

Grate the soft processed cheese on the fine holes of a grater.

Stir the cheese and garlic together.

Add mayonnaise to taste.

Mix it all together. The filling is ready!

Chop the parsley.

Fry the zucchini slices in sunflower oil on both sides...

Spread the cheese mixture along one end of each zucchini slice.

Garnish the ends with chopped parsley.
