Step 1:
Prepare kefir, flour, baking powder, vegetable oil, sugar. Kefir should be warm (35-40 degrees).
Step 2:
Add spices to the flour (a little turmeric for color and cinnamon), baking powder and fine salt. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Mix vegetable oil with sugar. Add to the flour with spices.
Step 4:
Mix. Pour in the kefir.
Step 5:
Add fruits-berries to taste (for example, frozen black currants and strawberries). Mix it up.
Step 6:
Transfer the dough to a baking dish prepared in advance, lined with parchment paper.
Step 7:
Bake for about 35-45 minutes at 180 degrees. Take out the finished cake and cool it.
