  • Incredibly tasty ground-chicken zrazy with a tender filling and rich, creamy flavor! No matter how many of these I make for my family, they vanish from the table in an instant. At holidays the kids beg for seconds and guests rave about the aroma and juicy taste. Zrazy are a delicious dish that came to our table from Poland and Lithuania. They're popular with Belarusian and Ukrainian cooks, who make not only the traditional meat version from pounded beef but also ones from ground meat and potato. Common fillings include hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, mushrooms, and even various grains.
