Step 1:
Rinse the chicken fillet in running water and dry with paper towels. Then cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. Try to make the pieces all about the same size.
Step 2:
Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Put the chopped chicken and fry on high heat for 3-5 minutes. Fry until golden brown.
Step 3:
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Cut the onion into large pieces, for example, half rings.
Step 4:
Add the chopped onion to the pan to the meat. Stir and fry everything together for 2-3 minutes so that the onion is lightly browned and becomes transparent.
Step 5:
I use frozen mushrooms. But, first, they need to be defrosted and drained of all the liquid from them. These are forest mushrooms. In the mushroom season, they were collected in the forest, cleaned, boiled and frozen.
Step 6:
Put all the mushrooms in the pan with the meat. Stir and fry everything together to evaporate all the liquid from the mushrooms. It will take about 5 minutes.
Step 7:
Then add some cream to the pan. If the cream is greasy, then you can dilute it with water. Cover the pan with a lid, make less fire and simmer everything in cream for 10-15 minutes.
Step 8:
While the dish is stewing, peel a few cloves of garlic and chop them. At the end of cooking, add a little salt to the dish and add a little spice. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and mix everything together. Turn off the heat and let stand under the lid for 10 minutes. During this time, the dish will acquire an appetizing garlic flavor. It can be served as an independent dish or supplemented with any side dish. Enjoy your meal! Cook with pleasure!
To prepare this dish, you can use any parts of the chicken, cut into pieces. For us, it tastes best with chicken fillet. It is very convenient that you do not need to choose bones.
Creamy sauce perfectly combines the taste of chicken with the taste of mushrooms.
