Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients. The chicken should be cut into portions, I took the thighs, shins and wings of chickens. If the cabbage is too sour or with a lot of brine, it should be washed and squeezed.
Step 2:
In vegetable oil, quickly fry the chicken pieces on both sides until almost ready, while adding salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Put them on a plate for now.
Step 4:
Chop the onion into half rings
Step 5:
And fry in the fat that was left after the chicken.
Step 6:
Add the prepared cabbage and lightly fry it together with the onion.
Step 7:
Put the chicken pieces back in the pan, pour the beer and simmer for 5 minutes under the lid. Mix and serve with mashed potatoes. I really liked both the juicy chicken itself and the cabbage, which was stewed in such a fragrant sauce. A great dish for every day!
