Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel and wash the onion. Getting ready for a little "cry". Finely chop the onion. Onions in these cutlets need to be cut. Not on a grater, not through a meat grinder! Crying, but cutting!
Step 2:
In a bowl with chopped onions, add semolina, eggs, crushed garlic, salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly. We leave it for 10 minutes. The onion will let the juice out a little, and the semolina will swell slightly.
Step 3:
Forming cutlets. And put it in the pan. No breading is needed. Cutlets are well molded and do not fall apart. Fry in sunflower oil until golden brown.
Step 4:
Lightly "fry" tomato juice in a frying pan. Fill the cutlets with tomato sauce. We put it on a slow fire for 15 minutes. During this time, semolina will swell well. The cutlets will taste tender.
