Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make cheesecakes in a slow cooker? Measure out all the necessary products. Take the cottage cheese dry, semolina - as small as possible. I don't use wheat flour here. But you can add it by reducing the amount of semolina.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

First of all, sort, rinse and soak the raisins in water. I usually pour boiling water. Leave the raisins to swell, and do the dough yourself.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly with a fork in a wide and deep bowl. This is a very important stage. Try not to leave large lumps. The better you mash the cottage cheese, the more tender the cheesecakes will be. To be sure, you can rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, but I avoid this procedure. Or lightly whisk the cottage cheese with a blender.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Add the eggs to the cottage cheese and mix well.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add sugar, salt. Add just a little vanilla (at the tip of the knife). Do not overdo it, otherwise the dish will be bitter! Instead, you can put vanilla sugar, 7-8 grams. Mix.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Pour semolina into the curd mass.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Mix everything thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes so that the mixture is infused and the semolina swells.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Turn on the slow cooker to the frying or baking mode. Let him warm up.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Put the soaked raisins on a sieve to drain the water. Dry the raisins with paper towels. Add the raisins to the dough.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Knead the dough thoroughly, evenly distributing the raisins.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Pour a spoonful of semolina into a flat plate.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Moisten your hands with water. Form cheesecakes from the curd dough and roll each one in semolina.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil. Put the cheesecakes in it. Close the lid and leave the slow cooker on for 7 minutes in the "Frying" mode.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

Open the lid, turn the cheesecakes to the other side, close the lid and leave for another 7 minutes. Please note that the frying time should be shortened or increased, focusing on your slow cooker! It can be 4 minutes, or all 10 - it all depends on the power.

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

Serve ready-made cheesecakes with sour cream or jam. Sour cream is preferable, since cheesecakes themselves are quite sweet. Enjoy your meal.

Cheesecakes are our most favorite breakfast option. This is the golden mean, when it is both tasty and healthy. Even the son, who suddenly fell out of love with cottage cheese, eats them with pleasure. When baking cheesecakes in a slow cooker, oil is consumed 2 times less than when frying in a frying pan, and this is also a big plus.
