We clean the apple. grate on a fine grater until a gruel forms. Pour the milk into a bowl. We also add grated apple, eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon and gradually begin to introduce flour with spoons, carefully grinding so that there are no lumps. The dough should be thicker than pancakes. The consistency is about as thick as sour cream. In the same place, pour a little vegetable oil into the dough in order not to lubricate the pan every time.
Add a little vegetable oil to the pan, so that the entire surface is lubricated, but no more. Pour the dough into a hot frying pan with a tablespoon, and fry on each side until golden brown.
We serve pancakes with apples in milk together with apple slices, sour cream and sugar.
