Cooking method
1. Sift the flour and mix with a pinch of salt.
2. In a bowl, break the eggs, add sour cream to them and whisk with a whisk.
3. Combine the egg mixture with flour. The dough is ready. In consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream.
4. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, spread the dough on it.
5. Lay out the sliced cucumbers and sausages on the dough.
6. We put tomato circles on top.
7. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt to taste, ground black pepper.
8. We pour the crushed cheese on top.
9. Now we put the frying pan on the stove (moderate fire - below average), cover it with a lid.
10. We cook the pizza for 10-15 minutes (until the cheese melts and the dough is baked).
11. Sprinkle the finished pizza with chopped fresh herbs and serve to the table.
